Refund policy

Due to the unique nature of our handmade and/or made-to-order products we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Natural scratches, blemishes, imperfections on beads or pearls are not considered flaws. Size and shape of beads, pearls may slightly vary. No two beads are exactly the same shape and size.

We have a 10 day return policy for defective items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
