1) PRODUCT GUIDE

Our necklaces either come in one size (regular length) or 3 different sizes: CHOKER / REGULAR / LONG.

Regular lengths vary depending on the design but chokers are 2" / 5cm shorter and long lengths are 2" / 5cm longer. You can select this in the option before adding items to your cart.

If you are looking for specific lengths, please email our customer service at hello@giggled.world.

Please understand that all our products are handmade. No two products are identical. Due to the nature of handmade pieces, some charms and gems may vary in color. Shapes and sizes of pearls and handmade beads may vary. Light blemishes, spots are not considered defects. We will always try to use what is best. Gold and rhodium finishes are also done by hand.

Please allow 5 to 7 days business days for production.

 

2) SHIPPING & PROCESSING

We deliver worldwide using one of the most reliable and fast shipping methods. Currently, all orders are shipped using FEDEX Express.

Shipping is FREE when you spend over $200.

Express shipping is $15 USD to any destination excluding Republic of Korea. 

Standard orders may take up to 5-7 business days to ship. If your item is in stock, it will ship sooner. Customized order can take up to 10 business days of processing.

Once your parcel ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information.


Transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you're having trouble with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@giggled.world

Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee.

This rarely happens but we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. Locating the package is the recipient's responsibility. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status. If delivery was made without signature in your favor, we cannot guarantee for the lost or damaged.

Please note, It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have entered an incorrect shipping address or contact number. 



3) CUSTOM ORDERS

You can select customizable pieces from 'Custom Pieces'. If you would like to alter other designs and adjust sizes, please email us directly at hello@giggled.world. We will be happy to assist you.



4) PRODUCT

 

Please note, natural scratches, blemishes, imperfections on beads or pearls, minor cracks and tarnishing related to usage of items are not considered defects.

5) REFUND POLICY

Due to the unique nature of our handmade and/or made-to-order products we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Natural scratches, blemishes, imperfections on beads or pearls are not considered flaws.

We have a 10-day return policy for defective items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@giggled.world. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to and where to send your package.
